Can a family sign up even if their facility isn't on Roomie?
Yes. The Resident Plan is available to any resident and family, regardless of whether the facility has a Facility Plan. We'll work with you to get the room QR code set up quickly.
What counts as a "resident" for facility billing?
Billing is based on the number of active resident accounts in your facility workspace at the start of each billing period. Adding or removing residents is easy through the admin dashboard.
Are there setup or onboarding fees?
No. Onboarding support is included with all Facility Plans. We'll help you configure your workspace, generate QR codes, and import residents and family accounts — at no extra charge.
How do volume discounts work?
Your per-resident rate decreases as your resident count increases. Exact pricing is provided during your demo consultation so we can tailor it to your specific community size and needs.
Is there a contract for the Resident Plan?
No. The Resident Plan is month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time. Facility Plans are annual contracts, which is how we're able to offer the volume discount pricing.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
Your engagement history is exportable at any time. We provide a 30-day data export window after cancellation so your records are never held hostage.
